Hi, my name is Matt Lindsay. We started our business in 1984, when my Father-in-law to be, built a victorian lattice gazebo for our wedding. It was small enough to transport to a park for the wedding, and then was brought to our home and assembled on our deck for us to enjoy as a newlywed couple. Shortly afterwrds, my father-in-law and I decided to embark on a new journey-building affordable gazebo kits for people to assemble themselves. We shipped hundreds of these kits all across the United States. (Including Hawaii) We continued this for 17 years together in Everson Washington. When my father-in-law decided he wanted to retire in 2001, we both sold our homes in Whatcom county and went our separate ways. The in-laws moved to Blaine, and I moved my family down here to our present location in Chehalis. We are centrally located directly between two major cities: Seattle, and Portland, A one and a half hours drive either way. My wife and I now do the designing, building and installing. We no longer do gazebo kits, as it got so expensive to ship. Instead we concentrate specifically on the Northwest. We deliver and install each one, taking pride in our works of art. We prefer to be called "artists " rather than contractors.
